Gotcha Focaccia is led by Meira Bennett, a lifelong baker and focaccia enthusiast (even going to Linguria, Italy to learn from the source).  We operate out of a catering studio, located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn and bake-to-order for private dinners, parties and brand activations. Our menu is seasonal and customizable, perfect for all occasions.

Our Pop Up Focacceria can be found at venues around NYC and is available for private event hire. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop, and keep an eye out for our "Focaccia Friday" series, where we collaborate with chefs on one-day-only focaccia sandwich specials!
